i called a week ago about non-commercial-elysse.net being inaccessible to me, it is still unaccessable, and now i cannot access the mailserver from yahoo pop. according to your telephone message, i am under the impression that my password has been changed (please advise), yet i still cannot view my site in a browser, much less ssh or ftp in (but it is still pingable, and accessible from other IP addresses).
please help with this problem, i believe this past two weeks, combined with the previous two weeks and then 1 day of access ( a grand total of four weeks of inaccessibility) is enough to discourage me from your service, but i am still willing to work it out.

everything looks like it's going to happen on time. this friday is the scheduled day we close, and this coming weekend we move. everything is boxed up.
